Exchange Policy

Please use the "Chat with us!" on the bottom right on any page of the website, with age, weight, size and breed of dog for fitting suggestions or to ensure you have the right size.

Exchanges: Please return the harness to the below address. Please put the order number or a copy of the order in the shipping package. Make a note if the harness was overall too big, or small, or if, for example, the girth was too small, but it fit well otherwise. That helps me to know what to do.

Before you ship the harness back, we recommend you turn the date stamp on and then take pictures. Lay the harness flat, and get pictures of both sides of the harness and the straps. We take pictures when we receive it with the same method. This ensures if it is destroyed in shipping (does happen occasionally) that you can file a claim and get your money back. 99% of the time there are no issues, but pictures just make it fair and equitable for all sides.

• Can I return the harness for a refund? I’ve tried your suggestions, but this just isn’t the right equipment for my dog.

Send us a picture of your dog in the harness so we can ensure you get the right fit. If it is not the right tool for your dog, send it back in NEW RESTOCK condition. That means the condition you would expect to receive it in. A little dog hair wipes off, no problem.

Custom Patches are Non-Refundable, we will of course make it right if there are any errors or quality problems.

Refund Policy

We understand that there is no one tool that works for all dogs. We will accept a return for a full refund provided:

1. Email info@brilliantk9.com to notify of the return with a picture of the harness in NEW RESTOCK condition.
2. We receive the harness in NEW RESTOCK condition within 30 days after you received the harness.
3. The harness is received at the warehouse with the order number and customer name clearly marked on the outside of the package. If a different name or company name is on the outside of the package, and there is no note inside with the name of the person that placed the order, there is no way for us to refund your order.

Shipping Policy

Complimentary shipping is offered Domestic USA through USPS First Class Mail - A tracking number will be provided.

Paid or Expedited Shipping - Orders with Expedited or Paid Shipping will be shipped per the method the customer selected.

International Shipping - Please note we are not responsible for customs or duties fees if they are applicable to your location.

Product Guarantee - We guarantee against manufacturer defects for 7 years, we expect the harness to last the life of your dog.
